Great buy at a great price – The online staff at Oz Trampolines were very helpful & happily answered all our queries; I was particularly impressed with the You Tube demo on how to build your trampoline, the best instruction manual ever! The order arrived quickly & without hassle, it was then a question of putting the trampoline together (for my son's 3rd birthday) which was achieved without too much hassle noting the aforementioned You Tube clips! The product description on the website is very accurate and the materials are of good quality. My son has been using this for around 6 weeks now & it is perhaps the best present we have ever bought him! I would also like to commend the after-care service as they were very helpful re getting a 'spare' padding mat for the trampoline. All in all a great retailer & highly recommended.
