What a fantasy! – I had always wanted to make my own pasta but really couldn't be bothered with all the mixing and rolling and rolling and rolling and rolling. Got this machine and I am living an absolute fantasy. This machine is incredible. You get either 600grams of spaghetti, penne, fettuccine or sheets in 15 minutes or 300 grams in 10 minutes. It literally starts pounding out the goods within the first 3 minutes and just keeps going until it has scrapped every bit of dough out. I have made both the plain flour and water pasta and also the egg, plain flour and water pasta. Both are beautiful to eat and if you weigh your ingredients they come out bang on every time. The longest part is washing the machine which takes a bit of work but is still enjoyable.

I would rate this machine 1000 out of 5 if I could. This must be what it felt like the first time humans discovered fire - it has changed my life.

Pros - I am the pasta king, pasta tastes like angels dancing on your tongue, speed of making pasta, great recipe book, good storage for all the bits in the front, pasta lasts for ages just in the fridge

Cons - Machine is heavy but looks good on the bench, would love more faceplates for different styles, Coles will have to order in less pasta seen as I am not buying it anymore (however their flour and egg futures are looking positive)
