Extremely unprofessional and rude – Nothing but problems when dealing with Ray White Plympton. They do not answer or return phone calls or emails and basically ignore you. We never got sent a renewal of lease form, despite my calling many times, they said they were lostin the mail. Finally got one emailed to me after calling over ten times in three days. They said they never received our notice of our intent to vacate the property.

When wr moved out we never received a return of bond form, even though they had our forwarding address and I had called and emailed, again with no response.

When we sent our own form to the rent tribunal, they realised they never sent us a water bill and decided to take it out of our bond. We never got a copy of the actual water bill even though legally it is our right and when we asked, we were told it was sent to our old address, even though we were not living there. The agent is extremely patronizing and rude. I would never rent through Ray White again and I would discourage potential landlorda from doing so. Disgusting behaviour.

Everythimg. No communication, forms made up with incorrect details, rude agents, I could go on for days.
