Celina was amazing in finding me my first rental home, she went out of her way to assist me in any way that she could to make sure I had a home as soon as possible for my son and I. Would definitely recommend and will be forever thankful for all of her help.
Buying Renting or Selling - I would recommend
I have engaged with multiple Ray White real estates agents - buying, selling and renting houses and units and I have NEVER had a good experience with any Ray White agency on any occasion. Most recently I was purchasing a property in the Lower North Shore, I had the contact signed and sent through on my end and I was waiting for the seller to sign. I made several requests for the details to transfer the deposit to secure the agreed amount with the buyer and the agent stalled the signing of the contract to enable another buyer to procure the prop...erty at the last minute. What I didn't appreciate most of all was their dishonesty, the lies that were told to me, especially given I had an email an hour before confirming before that they were proceeding with the agreed amount from the buyer. I would never recommend Ray White buying, selling or renting. They don’t really don’t give a crap about the buyer, renters or seller.
Ray White Liverpool is the worst real estate agency
I was renting a unit managed by Ray White Liverpool for over 7 years until I had to move out because of an emergency situation. My mother became disabled and I had to go overseas for her major surgeries. I moved out within 10 days which was very hectic as I had to arrange storage and other things.

N King, ( Director of the agency), is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional real estate agent. If I could rate this real estate agency, it would be "0"!

Loved renting through RayWhite Bunbury! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
As a Tenant i was well looked after and always communicated to.
When there were issues in the rental, they were dealt with promptly.
At times if we had a slight financial change, we discussed this with our agent and there were accommodating and always professional.
The only reason we stopped renting through RayWhite is because we are now home owners.
We have had nightmare real estate in the past and RayWhite gave us faith again real estate agents.

Ray white might be just a means of renting/leasing/ buying to some people but to my husband and I they have been amazing. Our property manager Stephanie Hards is happy very approachable and always has a smile. I hear lots of tenants complaining that they email their property managers and wait sometimes weeks for a reply. Not so with Stephanie, I always have a reply the same day and she does her utmost to accommodate us
My complaint to Ray White Eight Mile Plains
After many years of being a tenant and the house is well looked after. Here are the facts:
1. Still treated like 2nd class
2. Barging in the room when someone is sleeping during inspection routine (next time I will naked).
3. Rinea nasty attitude and rudeness; phone, and inspection routine?
4. Accused of missed payments led to an argument.
5. Clueless email with no explanation about an attached invoice leading to confusion?
6. A whole lot more...
Better to be honest than a dripping liar. When you give them the Facts, they buckle and go on def...ense mode by giving you a nasty attitude like what Rinea and one of the staff did to me on the phone? After giving them my receipt as prove of payment it was mishandled in the email and still accused us of not paying? How infuriating, and that was the last time I ever called Ray White again. Not saying I'm a coward, the point is why should any tenant have to put up with rude people who accuse you of not paying? The error was definitely obvious and they won't give you an apology for their mistake until you remind them then shortly after they send you a fake apology email? Sorry but damage already done darling! Been a few times too. Look like Ray White needs to add humility to their standards it's getting out of hand?

Unprofessional and rude from the start. The owner walked on to our property many times without any notice (once when I was in my underwear and she continued to look through the window at me) and even in to the house when the plumber was there and we had never seen her before this. When bringing it up with the agent, the reply that I got was something you would expect from a mate down the pub. He even told me that the landlord was not happy with us being there and then after writing a huge email he replied with oh i was supposed to say she was h...appy with you being there. The owner wanted regular access and I had asked for 7 days notice which he said was a bit extreme and obviously she wouldn't want to have access all the time... NO, that not obvious to me!!!! Not to mention I was pregnant at the time and the stress that it caused having to worry about my privacy and lack of support from the agency. They failed to mention that certain lights electrically did not work when moving in and the toilet blocked and was overflowing several times (plumbing issue that the owner did not want to fix) but when moving out we made sure everything was perfect and without telling us charged us $110 to change 2 light bulbs, which were definitely working when we left. Even when we paid the rent, I received several emails for arrears notice which was a mistake as we had paid. I sent the proof and an email to say i am not sure what happened, it was obviously a mistake on their end and not even a reply back. Just a horrible experience from start to end. It feels like they are all about keeping the landlord happy and not the tenants.
Doesn't follow up when tenants behind. Have to call to promt them to action issues.
Ray white was in charge of my rental and wasn't managed very well at all. Tenants were over 1200 behind in rent and I had to call for them to actually act on it. Wouldn't send eviction notices. Had to call a few times when they started falling behind. A stain apeared in the new carpet ( about 30cm by 10cm ) that I had to point out even though they had done quarterly inspections and was told by rental manager just to move past it probably a fault in the carpet. When I voiced my concern about the terrible service was told well you put them in there. They didn't want to take responsibility for them not following up on the rent. Would never put a rental through them ever again.
Forced to use SimpleRent to pay rent - being overcharged
There is an online service called SimpleRent that Raywhite forces their tenants to use. This service is a big headache because:
1. It does not work on Microsoft Edge. You have to use Chrome.
2. They randomly deduct extra funds from bank account (like $5, $15, $25 whatever they like). When I complain to the bank the debit is reversed but then SimpleRent make me pay via credit-card for which they charge a $29 "catch-up fee" plus a credit-card surcharge. This adds about $55 to my fortnightly rent payments!
3. You cannot contact SimpleRent: The...y have no office, no phone number and no email. You can only chat online with them, which you cannot do if you do not use Chrome. Who are these people? 4. I worry about their cyber-security as SimpleRent holds all my personal ID information, bank account details and credit-cards, home address. If they cannot make their website work on the world's largest OS, Microsoft, then do they know enough about the more complex IT area of cyber-security? If they get hacked, will we ever know? I am very scared of using SimpleRent and in future I will not rent an apartment or house via Raywhite as this is not right. Raywhite, if SimpleRent get hacked and my bank accounts or credit cards or just my identity are stolen, what will you do for your tenants and landlords?
I've been receiving junk mail from the Ray White Erskineville office for years now.
I've emailed, called, and asked them in person, but they refuse to stop.
I know multiple other people who have tried to stop them too.
Their staff previously said "No Junk Mail" signs would not be sufficient, and I needed a "No Advertising Material" sign. I did this, and there was no change.
Rudest ever real-estate
I have been renting for 30yrs been through ray white Robina Qld. They have no respect for you as a renter. Every inspection they go hard core scraping windows to see how much dirt they can get. Telling me I have a dog. When I've never had one telling me I had to get rid of my compost so I don't get maggots. Green waste dose have maggots. The is so many things. And they have no manners and can't speak without talking down. EVER AGAIN!!!!!!I'm moving out
My Sister and I are delighted the way Celina (from ray white Hoppers Crossing) have helped us renting out the property unlike other real estate agents we have dealt before, she processed my rental application really quickly and kept us updated, where the other real estate agents who don't get back to you unless you call them. The process was easy and smooth, everything was done professionally. I would Highly recommend Celina Rashim, She is the best real estate Agent I have ever dealt with.

Property Management - Cranbourne Ray White
We gave the authority to manage our first investment property to Raywhite Cranbourne; The agent’s name was [name removed]. She has provided us periodically reports favouring the tenants interest hiding real issues. When I visited with her for an inspection, I have raised few concerns. She said she will address those with tenants, inspect the progress on her next visit and report back to me. As promised, I did receive the condition report after her next scheduled inspection and all were in good condition. She never paid her attention to the iss...ues which I raised in our last visit. Furthermore, she started to hide the truth to me when I asked her questions. Took 7 or 8 business days to reply my emails saying she had a training, meetings or some unacceptable excuse. Anyway end of the day; I've lost my Tenants due to her lack of care and attention to detail. I am highly warning everyone to think twice before you give your property management to Raywhite Cranbourne [name removed]. Thanks.
Miss managed and unprofessional
New Property Manager at RW Renmark SA incompetent. 1. never submitted my Bond till 18 months after I moved in, 2. complain about lawn being dry- every inspection... then complain I use too much water (that I pay for), 3. issue eviction notice for 2 weeds in garden and patch of lawn that was sun burnt after record high temps in SA during summer - obviously forgot about their initial property condition report stating 'lawns patchy in areas and weeds', 3.1 in next lease renewal -Try to increase the rent by $15 per week and issue a gardener to main...tain lawn 1 time per month, 4. Belittling me in correspondences about said lawn and water usage, expecting me to restore the lawn to perfect conditions, and only giving me a 6 month lease renewal instead of 12 because - quote "to see if you can look after the lawn" unquote, 5. falsify inspection report by using photos from previous report , 6. admits in writing to opening my sealed bucket during inspection - admits snooping. 5 allowing office receptionist to carry out routine inspections at my home and not notifying me. 7. Accusing me of subletting when I had guests visiting. I have rented thru RW for years, here in SA and NSW, I have never been so disrespected or suffered so much anxiety. I have an excellent rental record, the rent is always paid in advance, house kept spotless and yard maintained and have received my Bond back in full from the previous rental property of 7 yrs. And now they are going thru the Tribunal to have me evicted, property managers' snooping payed off! The previous Property manager I dealt with was way more professional and trustworthy, tough but fair and never gave me grief over minor stuff, eg dust on a window sill. Rediculous. Best thing anyone can do when renting, photograph and document everything!

I purchased my home at The Gap 18 years ago from Ray White the Gap & love my neighbours & the Gap community. Unfortunately the property next door is currently rented to tenants with large uncontrollable dogs which bark 24/7. 7 neighbours are currently going though the process to take action through the council which unfortunately is a lengthy process. why is Ray White fineing tenants $20 dollars per day when late with rent? How is it legal to use up a tenants two weeks in advance rent in late fees.
i was two weeks in advance, missed one week leaving one week in advance, did a deal with Ray White OakFlats to pay extra $50 per week to catch up, Ray White OakFlats decided to impose a $20 per day fine for every day we were behind thus chewing up my one week in advance, then have the hide to say we owe them two weeks rent now, how is this fair trading.
