Avoid at all cost - Seller withholding information about shipment delays & refusing refund even afte – I bought a Xiaomi Mi Robot vacuum cleaner mid May 2017 with an estimated delivery of 30 days, due to product shipping from China. After 30 days the seller informs that there was a problem with supplier and that the product would be delayed, followed by additional messages informing of further delays. Now nearly 2 months since purchase of the vacuum without delivery and seller refuses to refund.
