Vibration that nobody can fix it – I have 2011 new Aurion I bought it in march 2012, I have body vibration problem while driving, I took it to the dealer for 7 times to fix the problem but they could not, so in the end they told me that we can not fix it because it is the manufacture design. Really I don't understand this point. Sporty and family car, beautiful design Bad vibration, Hard steering wheel, Cabin Air leak sound.

Change dealership or write a letter to Toyota Australia or another alternative is to seek out the Ombudsman.

I have the same with my 2011 Aurion & they say its unfixable & the way they are. I think this is unacceptable & Toyota are avoiding responsibility to owners as we feel sick when driving it sometimes when it gets its wobble up. So much for the reputation.

I would be taking it to another mechanic, not a dealer, for their verdict. You may find its something as simple as a bad tyre or worn cv shaft. Vibrations in cars almost always come from the wheels, hubs, or driveshafts. I've been in the repair industry most of my working life and solved nearly every vibration issue with this process of thought.

Change to the new Holden VF as I will be. My Pressara is a beautiful car and drives well but I am sick of Toyota putting in electronic gadgets as "upgrades" in a new model when every other manufacturer gives it as standard. e.g. USB/iPod connectivity ...

Same problem with a 2/2007 build Aurion. Vibration under load - not felt through steering wheel. Smooth as silk cruising and back off. Worse after extended freeway cruising. Suspension/steering OK. Engine mounts OK, auto serviced/flushed. Torque Converter locking OK. About to replace driveshafts

All Problems are repairable, Dealers of all Brands of cars need to be less arrogant and when the customer who drives the car every day says it has a problem, listen to them. Vibration/rattle faults are traceable by taking the car to a local road with bumps/speed humps etc unfortunately the Dealerships motivation for profit prevents the Service Departments from delivering quality customer satisfaction, this unfortunately effects all brands of car. I continually read posts on all brands of vehicles where the customers report ongoing and repeated faults and the too often reply is Service Department can't find a fault, Fully Trained Technicians should have the patience and the skills to rectify Make/Model faults
