Pros: Colours pop and give a nice crisp appearance when working with high end graphics.

Cons: It would be great to flip it horizontally.

Overall: I have 2 of these Benq monitors in my workspace and find that both perform very well. I use alot of graphics and have multiple programs open at various times. I also drag and move applications around alot and the monitor keeps up with the pace at which I work. I use my computer as both a work and personal computer so I use the monitors for up 15-18 hours a day. The monitor is easy to calibrate and the colours are fairly representational of what is eventually printed.

Pros: HUGE viewing area, great for low intensity gaming. Like having an IMAX screen in front of you. Purchased it at work for $340 CDN, with five year performance plan.

Cons: Not capable of synching at resolutions beyond 1280 x 1024 - for a screen woth this much physical real estate, if it were truly multi-synch, an A3 horizontal page would fit nicely.

Overall: I have two of these in my music studio and, while they serve their simplistic use, they are not dazzling anyone with their specs. The low resolution of 1280x1024 is highly disappointing, especially when there is a need for many windows to be open simultaneously as a digital audio workstation would require. The overall quality is relatively good however, and I cannot wait to retire these units to my office PC's which is their rightful place. I would buy these again if I was only using Office based programs. Keep in mind that they are also wall mountable using a very inexpensive bracket; something that I was quick to do upon unpacking them. Considering the cost of the units was about $300 CAD in 2005, there was nothing else in this price range that offered this type of visual quality. In summary, although I am disappointed in the monitor for the use it was purchased, I am not disappointed in the purchase overall.

Pros: Sharp Picture, crisp colours, Good price

Cons: Nothing I dislike about it

Overall: Excellent for deskspace. It performs well, excellent for full page internet. It is a large screen that looks good in black, is a good price and is great for everyday office use. It does everything I need it to do!
