i tried these a while back and all they did was upset my tummy so much, i was in some much pain for day so i had to stop using them, they did nothing else but that, i didnt lose any weight at all, i didnt feel any different, the tablets were so big and made me sick to have to swollow them, they also had an aweful weird smell that really put me off too so overall do not waste your money

I tried these tablets a few years ago to shed some weight, big mistake! I have a thyroid problem and the guarana in the tablets effected my system so much I went into overdrive I though I was going crazy, it was like have pms 24 hrs a day althoug I did lose a little weight the increase in thyroid activity and lack of sleep was not worth the effort. suggest anyone talk to their dr or chemist before buying this product as is available in supermarkets and easily accessable.

I couldnt decrease my weight with this pill, I did excersise and I decrease my meals and I cut sugary stuff but my weight increased 2 kilos after using this pill.AWFULL
