Great Compact DVC – A great compact digital video camera. The quality of videos and photos are very good. Fits in your hand very comfortably.  Fantastic zoom.  For the beginner like myself, I found this DVC easy to operate, the instruction manual was clear and not difficult to follow. I have had this DVC for approximately a year and I have not tired of using this great little unit. When using the DVC, all the controls are within a very comfortable distance.  I have found the remote control a very handy feature. I regularly use it for those times when using a tripod to take vidos or photos. It makes it easier as you can be a distance from the actual DVC and operate the unit. I record my drumming lessons every week, and using the remote makes its very quick to rewind, fast forward etc, without leaving my chair, when practising. The handy clip on remote unit is great also. I have used this little one, but find the remote less restricting.  The mini Dv cassettes and SD memory card are inexpensive to buy.  I have found the quality after transferring to my computer is just that quality. I would recommend this anyone. Compact and great quality photos and videos, easy to operate. Only dislike, no ear/headphone jack
