product fault and will be returning it. Even the old stained office chair I was given second hand when I started my job is more comfortable than this. It also has a bit of a cheap feel, the arms are loose and rattle, it took 6 weeks to deliver and MB was unable to give me a receipt until they had delivered it even though it was paid for, so I had to claim on expenses from my personal money. On a positive note it was easy to put together so that's a win I guess.

Everything! Good quality, nice materials, looks and feels like a real designer product. The mesh back is really comfortable and the ergonomic design keeps me at my desk for hours. I found the chairs easy to assemble and to be perfectly honest I feel like I got exactly what I paid for. Would not have expected or asked for a better office chair. The chair was delivered on time and the delivery men even brought it inside for me. Honestly, I am completely happy with this product. If I had to say anything it would be that the instructions were quite small.

supplier. I didn't want the painstaking, time-consuming trouble of having to re-pack another chair, take time off work and await delivery of yet another replacement that too could be faulty. The discount was granted, and an apology given, but I would have preferred to pay the full price for a chair that was perfect first time round.

The chair is supposedly worth $700 or $800 depending on which part of the web-site you find it. This chair was discounted to $295. It is only worth that. Comparable chairs in the shops cost about the same. It is a good functional chair let down by cosmetic faults, both in manufacture and/or handling. The plastic mouldings are not cut and finished to a high standard; you'd expect better from a chair worth $700, with assembly instructions that look the part (not on a folded up scrappy piece of paper of poor legibility). Strong, comfortable, good range of adjustments. 7 day trial - money back guarantee. 12 month warranty. Helpful supplier. Assembly instructions are not clear. They are provided on a small piece of paper with small, almost non-legible diagrams; and words are missing, cut off by the printer. Despite this, with a bit of patience, you can work out what screw, and what washer goes where. The first chair delivered had cosmetic damage, and the seat cushion was uneven in thickness at the front. A second chair was delivered at no extra cost but this was worse, having cosmetic damage as well as cosmetic manufacturing faults. Again the seat cushion was non-symetrical at the front, and it had an indent in the padding possibly due to poor handling or transit . The mesh fabric on the cushion lifts and bubbles at the back when the back rest is manoevered to the upright position, evidence of the back-rest pressed too firmly against the seat. In time I suspect this will wear thin or tear. There is the possibility in assembly to set the back-rest well off from the chair, however I don't believe this would be in the best position for spinal support.

Terrible – The chairs I bought were of poor quality, wouldn't assemble properly, didn't include correct instructions or tools, and the after sales service was aggressively non-existent. Matt Blatt's products and service are rubbish.
