Horrible! – Had this curler 3 years. Used roughly 6 times. Half way through doing my hair it stopped working. Looked into it via a electronics tech and found the entire workings burnt out. Sensor, diodes, element the works. Also does not have the proper rating/coding to be allowed into Australia. Poor design, poorly made and dangerous! Very lucky not to have been electrocuted! Heats quickly. Barrel size. Dangerous!!

You get what you pay for – The curler was excellent when first purchased. I bought it from Kmart for about 25$. It is a great curler to start out for people who don't curl their hair often. I loved the changing heads and it was as if I had purchased two curlers for the price of one. The swivel cord at the end of curler was good and the curler itself was comfortable. The tip… Read more

of iron does not get hot and is large enough for my fingers, but small enough not to take up too much space. Switching the heads is easy and the tightening mechanism is good. I also used the curler as a 'tong' as well. Very versatile item.

When I got better at curling my hair, I began to compare it to other pro curlers. I found that this one only heats up to 180 degrees while pro ones heat to about 200-210. My hair is difficult to curl (thick/black) and I would probably do better with a curler that gets hotter. I also did not like that I did not know what temperature I am heating the iron as the heat settings is a 'turn style' from 'thin -->thick'. I did not use any of the attachments.

One of the most annoying aspect of the curler that others have mentioned is the power switch. I always turned it off when i first started out with it and then I would have to constantly check if the power was still on while using it. I still had to check the switch right up to when the curler just stopped working.

It started with the large barrel head, it stopped heating up all together. It stopped working while I was curling my hair and became less warm until it stopped heating up. I thought at the time, at least it will still work with the smaller head. A few days later, that busted out as well.

It was a good 1.5 years while it lasted. I failed to keep the receipts to use the warranty on the curler. Cheap, changable heads Poor placement of power switch, low temperature, poor temperature setting indicator, stopped working

A few Issues – I used my sisters exact same curling iron which worked perfectly nice curls BUT when i purchased mine the on/off button is in the wrong spot that you turn it off without realising until it goes cold and you see it isnt curling your hair any more. So when purchasing make sure you get the style that has the switch closer to the wand then down near the cord. Great Curls works really well The on/off button is in the wrong spot.

Not sure I would bother if you want big curls – Purchased from Harvey Norman a few years ago, didn't come with brush options. I wanted large curls like you get with a GHD, but unfortunately from day one the curls had no volume and took a while to get the curl. I have long hair Has a thick and thin hair option, but I always kept on thick. On off button located in stupid spot that you knock… Read more

when holding.

Stopped working after using half a dozen times and of course out of any warranty period as had approx 2 years. Would not try again and purchase something else. Larger than normal curling wands and had option to have smaller attachment on off button located in wrong spot that you easy knock it and stopped working after being used only half a dozen times in the last 2 years.

Excellent – Excellent buy especially if your on a budget but still want to look great. Plus the convinience you get from a 3 in 1 product. This was the first curling tong/iron I used since the old chrome ones which took forever to heat up and would burn you, as the one I had didn't even have a protective tip. This has a nice soft rubber at the end so no more… Read more

burnt scalps or foreheads. I pretty much think it does what any other $60 curling tong would do but for almost half the price. It doesn't take that long to heat up and gives really nice curls and waves. Cermaic coating doesn't burn your hair and plus having a 3 in 1 is a bonus. I tried curling with GHD's and it just doesn't work for me-hair curlers are the way to go. Plus I got mine on special for $38 which is a bargain. For the price you pay you get well above what you pay for and a 2 year warranty...couldn't get any better. The larger barrel doesn't really do much in terms of giving volume. Can sometimes leave a bit of a frizz on the curl.

Excellent – Super easy to use I reccomend this to anyone that hasn't used a curler before or can't get the hang of it with a straigtener (which can take a lot of practice. The smallest tong creates perfect ringlet curls, the middle tong is great for either messy or retro styling and the largest is more for adding bounce to your hair. (I also use the largest… Read more

one to 'smooth' over my hair if I'm having a frizzy day)Plus it comes in its opwn little drawstring bag that makes it great if you travel! 3 in 1, the price point is really great too. I don't use the brush attatchments.
