Naturopathica Metabolism Boost

OK – This product will be available over the counter in health food stores, and they do not come cheap! My opinion is if you are a sporty person who goes sports and gym, by all means try it. However, if you are just looking for an easy way out to lose weight, this product will do nothing for you. It's claims of reducing body fat percentage. While I was on this product, I did not notice a change, not even a reduce in appetite and energy boosts. I was not as active in fitness then as I was now and I think that played some part in the ineffectiveness of the product during that time.
