self explanatory – Although it is 15 years old I am disappointed I cannot get the battery replaced!!! I thought a product like this would have after sales service even if it was through a contractor. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy about this & I doubt if I will buy any Voxson products in the foreseeable future.

This gps unit is totally crap!!! – the absolute worst piece of tech thing i've bought !! dont even think about buying one of these.I only bought it because some thieving piece of lowlife decided to smash my car window , not before jamming and demolishing the passenger door lock. and steal my beloved navman. And it wasn't on display as such. just some opportunist lowlife decided to… Read more

steal whatever was in my car. The whole affair including the gps highway1 350 unit has cost me over 1500 smackers. Well i'll never park in Crown st Surry hills ever again. nothing , i only gave it one star coz you cant not give it a star!! i feel cheated again !! its like a demon possessed, it just goes haywire at any given moment , it shuts down, doesn't charge properly, shuts down then wont open. i can go on and on. do not buy this piece of crap, you will be sorry!

Terrible – Could not recommend as I have been unable to go on line and find how to get the GPS 350 working. It worked for about a week and then just stopped. The instruction manual is no help at all. I have since purchased a competitive brand. Neat and compact Lack of service availability

Terrible – Do not waste your money, it is rubbish. There is no customer service from Voxson, they kept the GPS last time until after the war'ty expired so they did not have to replace the item. NONE, It is rubbish. Voxson fixed it 3 times & refused to replace it. You are almost at your destination before it picks up the GPS signal.

Good – for something i just received for my birthday im pretty dissapointed with the charge/battery life, what happens if i get lost & need to use it, it would be impossible as even if it is not in use it dies on me... why?? easy to use, cheap & does exactly what the more expensive or most expensive. when fully charged, battery life last approx 5-10min's… Read more

max, very dissapointed at that, but other wise would be a great little investment. i am going back to where it was purchased to find out if it is a manufactures mistake, which i hope so, warranty only last for 12 month's. will let you know the out come of this.

Terrible – Spend a little more and buy a Navman or Tom Tom..These units have better backup if problems do arise. Cheap.... Battery life is less than 5 minutes.Unit stopped displaying recently visited addresses. When the battery looses charge, everything is wiped. Warranty providers don't get back to you! I have left numerous calls and emails.

Good – Had the same battery problem as other users here but rang the 1300 889 990 support line and found that I was actually using the device incorrectly. When the unit isn't being used, I was using standby rather switching off from the back. Same as most devices, when in standby they use small amounts of power and because I left it unplugged in my… Read more

glovebox when not in use and as it was not in use more than it was being used, the battery never got a chance to charge fully. Also picked up an AC charger for $29 whilst on the phone to service which lets me fully charge it at home when I want to use it handheld. Cheap, very easy to use. Camera and safety alerts. Has same features and performance as my old Tom Tom I bought for twice the price. Would be nice to be able to navigate to coordinates as well as street addresses.

Excellent – Very good value for money, very easy to use, software updates are free for a year. The display is very clear and the audio is easy on the ear. Highly Recommended. The support staff are great, I had a little problem with an update, however they fixed it within seconds. Great Price compared with some other brands which are twice the price Battery life is a little short, I cant seem to get more than an hour.

Bad – I have found that there is limited information on this product/error ...We have only had it for 6 weeks and its died already, we are very unhappy customers .. Easy to use, slim / light , also easy to understand and good price . Battery life is short , freezes up alot , biggest problem at the moment is I have a fatal application error which is saying the GPS has performed an illegal operation ...

Excellent – Great little unit, I am now looking at a second unit ,the larger Voxson 4'' GPS850 it was on the Choice list on what to buy in the last rev.iew The unit is small and compact. It works just as well as a mates Tomtom for half the price and I have heard that the Queensland Polie are using this model in a lot of their cars so I thought it must be… Read more

okay. It doesn't come with a home power supply, not that you need it because it comes with a cigarette lighter adaptor and you just keep it in the car and plug it in whenever you need to use it.
