A good buy! – I am very satisfied with my H2O mops which we bought about six years ago. We bought one which was well used then it started loosing water too fast, we contacted Danoz who sent out another one as we had taken the extended warranty. That was a few years ago and I would buy another one as I love using it, I have a lot of floor space and it looks good and streak free.  Show details ·  1

They want to get you on the trial don't say the full cost on the tv add. Will never by of this mob again and will advise others not to  Show details

Danoz H20 Mop – I've written a review previously when I first bought my mop, but now a couple of years later I'd like to write another one given that I learned much more about how to use this mop. It doesn't say it in the instruction book that comes with the mop, but this mop works better and lasts longer when using demineralised water that you buy quite cheaply… Read more

from the supermarket. I had to have a replacement mop sent to me because my first one got all clogged up and it was impossible to clear it of build up that comes from using tap water. But now that I'm using only demineralised bottle water I don't get as much water laying around as used to happen with first mop and mop is doing as well a first one was when it worked. I love my mop because I don't have to use nasty chemicals that I'm highly allergic to. I've got a good system now re washing the floor pads, since I soak them in a strong solution of laundry soaker solution out on my balcony and after a few days add disinfectant to it as well and let it soak until I need it next time. I always have a few spare cleaning pads which come in handy while I'm soaking previous one as I've described. The mop is easy to use, handle is still wonky but I've got the hang of how to use it especially when first turning it on.......just slow and steady. I'm so grateful for my mop these days for so many reasons and also it makes washing my floors an easier chore for me these days. Thanks Danoz! Don't have to use nasty chemicals that make me wheeze! Wonky handle.

Fantastic Product!! You just have to know how to use it! – I'm enjoying cleaning my tiled and vinyl planked floors know because of this fantastic product! My tiled floor in my home is quite big being hallway, two bathrooms, toilet area, kitchen area, laundry and a large rumpus room. It's so easy and hygienic! The floor dries so quickly, and I do not have to use any more liquid products on my floor,… Read more ·  1

which can also over time, discolour grout. Firstly, I cleaned the grout with the wired brush attachment, which came like new. I couldn't believe it! To do this professionally would usually cost around $350. I did it myself with just the initial out lay of the steam mop, and it was quite easy to do, and fantastic results....even better than getting it professionally cleaned!

To clean the grout from floor tiles, the setting needs to be on the full setting used for attachments such as the wired brush for grout, and for higher powered hot steam. To just steam mop floors, the third setting is sufficient, otherwise the high powered steam setting will leave puddles on the floor from a saturated mop. Make sure you change the steam mop pad at least once whilst mopping, so the pad is not drenched, which could also leave little puddles on the floor.... plus you do not want to keep steaming your floor with a dirty saturated mop.

So far, I have had this product for three months and loving it. Would highly recommend this product as there is so much you can do with excellent results! The attachments are great. :) Easy to use and so much you can do with it. Extra floor pads and wired attachments would be beneficial. Otherwise nothing at all. Great product!

Feeling Very Cheated – After my first purchase I will never buy anything from Danoz Direct ever again. After reading the reviews on Danoz Site I chose to buy the H20 mop with a number of accessories. The product does not work, it leaves the floor wet, I had to mop the floor with a normal mop anyway. The mop didn't even remove a bit of lipstick on my tiles, so… Read more

although less water on lower setting, it isn't even really hot at high setting low setting is useless, I used a micro-fibre cloth from Safeway by hand that removed it, cost about $2,00. I had to clean the windows after I used the window tool with a proper squeegy and the same good old $2 cloth from Safeway. The handle felt like it would snap at any minute. Very disappointed with the product. So I thought never mind I will just return it as it didn't do what the advertisement said it would and it is a money back guarantee less delivery fee $20 right which I had been willing to risk if worse came to worse, WRONG!!! Less their delivery $20 PLUS I have to pay for Registered Post to return it. I am so annoyed that I have to go to the post office and pay another $50 to send it back. Total Cost of $70 to try a product that doesn't work. Plus a trip to the post office, I don't want to have to go to the shops, buy packing tape because the 4 boxes were sent in such poor packaging I have to tape them all to each other. NEVER AGAIN - and if my money is not back in my account in 3 working days from return. ACCC Here I come. .

I have now searched for additional reviews of this product and company, I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase. Every Australian rating for this product stated they were disappointed. Odd that every site excluding Danoz Direct had negative reviews. I have posted my review on the Danoz Site, they haven't added my review. Surprise, surprise.

Never Again will I use this company.

money back guarantee costs, leaves floor wet, poor quality,

Love my H2O – I've had my current H2O for 9 years (red one). This is my 2nd H2O. The first lasted a couple of years and then the filter seemed to pack it in and it started to run out of steam. Very bad closing water lid – What a shocker it is to try to put the water lid back on. Its almost impossible to get it back on. Fiddle with the water lid for ages before you can get it back on, then you run out of water and back to the same old trouble trying to get it back on. No stars. Its really a very bad water lid.

H2o mop dodgy product and bad service Lake Haven Store – Like many others I was conned into buying this dodgy product that stopped working after 6 uses. When I took it back to the Lake Haven store they said it was out of warranty and when I asked for the owner's name to complain I was told : "hello, it's private information".
