the store and repurchased another and when unpacked at home it had the same problem. Returned it to the store today and asked if I could try one before taking it home after having to return twice. I was told that boxes aren’t allowed to be opened in store. Considering the distance, time and trouble to return, I decided it wasn’t worth my while to buy another one snd risk having to come back. Very poor customer service!
