Turned out not to be as good as it looked. High-backed, yes, just not quite enough for me. Not unusual! Well padded, well, mostly. Just a few weeks after purchase, the arm padding flattened so far that the sharp metal grips on the padding had pierced the leather, stopping just short of being able to cut me. The seat holds my 100kg anything up to 8 hours a day, so apart from the flat arms it's not too bad for the price range. The main thing I didn't like was the crablike pressed chrome legs. Every time I rolled the chair the wheels would jingle/jangle loosely at the end of the legs. Most disconcerting day after day. Had I realized they were the same style as another chair I once returned to Amart, I would never have bought this one. Fortunately, I was able to swap the legs from my old worn-out chair and this now runs smoothly and quietly. Overall, passable. Not bad, but not great; certainly not at the price you could pay elsewhere.

intended to purchase. It is noticeably narrow and features a medium-height backrest. Had I been aware of these specifications beforehand, I would not have chosen this chair for an adult user.
