to a technical fault" and she could not remember in her panic how to navigate the 2nd-hand iphone they'd been given. Eventually, with the help of a neighbour, I was contacted and the ambulance came. Thankfully it all turned out ok.

So when I was told about the KISA phone I didn't hesitate to buy one for my parents! They've had it it for nearly a year now and are extremely happy with their colourful little phone, finding it so easy to use, convenient and reliable. Sure, the sound quality is not perfect, the ring is quite 'shrill' but for a lightweight, convenient, reasonably priced mobile phone it's all they need for their peace of mind. They tell everyone about it, like it's their new toy!

I particularly like the automatic call cut-off option. I usually ring them straight back if we need to talk longer than the set 3 minutes, but if we forget then there's no risk of using up all their credit. I've also set the dial option to 2 presses so they don't have any accidental dialling. The emergency dial (SOS) is programmed by KISA for 4 presses. All this information can be written on the back of the phone during setup to be referred to it if they forget. When they do dial emergency I receive a text message to advise that they've dialled.

With excellent customer service that is easily accessible, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this well-designed phone for anyone who finds it hard to use other mobile phones.
