I keep getting cut off on the Brisbane contact number. Our airline is offering refunds but have directed us back to edreams as the booking agent. It is sad enough that our family holiday is now unobtainable but I have $10000 tied up as was paying for everyone. Insurance company need something from edreams to even make a claim. Has anyone been to ACCC yet?
