coffee tastes better than my local coffee shop!

The only thing is the stainless steel has started to deteriorate and lose it's shininess.

Every now and then, the water will not automatically stop flowing.

Even with all it's options, we generally have it on the same setting.

Once you find what you like, there's no reason to really change it much.

But it's been very reliable and I admit that I don't clean it through as often as I probably should have.

In 2 years, it'll definitely have made it's money back. Reliable. Makes great coffee. Expensive. Steel frame not so shiny after a while.

got tangled up and pulled the rotating wheel out and went into error mode. The side brush got caught in the rug and destroyed itself.

It didn't even like the flat ikea bath mat.

It was not able to find it's dock very easily even though I tried many different docking locations around the house.

I didn't trust it enough to leave it go when I was not there, as the few times I set it off, it got stuck in something new.

I didn't care too much for the gimmick UV light or the microfibre attachment.

It does clean well, and picked up lots of dust and hair each day (I have a shedding beagle!). My wooden floors were shiny and my dog slips on the floor now :-)

However, because of it's limitations, it is not ideal for my apartment. Wooden floor cleaning. Flimsy. Dumb.
