From the beginning of the process of simply enquiring about my available options for installing a new solar system at my home, to the end with the actual installation, loan…

application and more, I was fully supported by Zadkiel Karam who was astounding in the way he took me through every step, answering all my questions, and making every step super clear and transparent. I very much enjoyed Zadkiel's respectful and non-imposing way of engaging with me, never forcing the sale, but providing me instead with all the information I needed to arrive at my own decision. His communication and manners are exquisite and a true joy to engage with. Through engaging with Zadkiel, I got a sense of how Smart Energy works and how they actually attend to their customers. I feel completely supported as a customer, and would highly recommend Smart Energy. Thank you Zadkiel and everyone.
