available. We opted for the zero-excess policy, which provided more-comprehensive coverage than any other rental company I could find on the Gold Coast. All email interactions were very friendly, polite and professional. Shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport even though our plane arrived 40 minutes early. Car was a 2010 model so had a few scuffs and scratches in the bodywork, but perfectly acceptable given the very reasonable cost, especially considering that zero-excess insurance was included. Plus the car was a pleasure to drive, with no problems at all with it over the 10 days. Dropping the car off and catching the shuttle back to the airport were similarly seamless---do not be put off that this company is some distance from the airport. The only suggestion I would have would be for them to provide a map that clearly shows exactly where you are allowed to drive their vehicles. The permitted area is quite restrictive inland from the coast, but this did not affect us at all since we only travelled around the coastal areas.
