In any instruction book for any electrical appliances it will tell you: "Do not kink, bend, squash, strain or damage the

cord; protect it from sharp edges and heat; do not let the cord hang over the

edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the plug from the power supply. Switch off the power at the outlet and then gently pull on the plug only to unplug it!" The fact that the power cord on the convection ovens you purchased burnt out is your own fault and not that of the appliance!

I have brought 2 Tiffany convection ovens. One for my self and one for my sister in law and brother. Thoroughly and highly recommend the Tiffany convection oven to any one looking for a convection oven that cooks well and uses very little electrical while it is running - cooking. I have had several Tiffany appliances over the years and they have been a success and worth purchasing. I still have them and they are still running as good as the day I purchased them years ago.
