Brighter Super Incompetent – Submitted a simple request for the confirmation of an additional super contribution over two weeks ago and still waiting despite making three phone calls and two email reminders.… No replies to emails. Zero stars for customer service standards. Wouldn't trust this mob with my money and will be switching soon! There are much better Suer providers out there. |

Just-In Time Electrical Exorbitant charges for a job that lasted just one day, Landlords beware – Tenants lost hot water and the Real estate got this mob to check the hot water system which was leaking water badly and burnt the heating element. They replaced the element… knowing that it's not going to last a day (which was exactly what happened) and charged $595. Tenants called again and had to replace the tank the next day! Hefty fee for a heating element that costs just $30, which burnt the very next day! |

Advantage Air Lack of tech support. Calls are not answered or returned – My MyAir 5 system is only 3 years old and still under warranty. The wall mounted controller does not control the set temperature and one of the zone motors is not working… properly. Tried to call tech support three times without anyone answering or returning the call. Then called the installer who could contact them either. |
