The only response I had for the $1,500 fine for the 3 month extra wait was I either pay within the week or the build will not start. This is despite the initial guarantees by the sales team. The strongarm tactic was unprofessional and the only redeeming factor was the positive working relationship with the Manager and Coordinator. Once the slab was poured, the build was a smooth process. The Building Manager was more than happy to provide walkthroughs and very accommodating throughout. It was nice to have a steady point of contact throughout. I love the Rochford design and floorplan!
