box and was suspicious straight away. Called Brother support. . . was advised that this is not a wireless printer. So I thought I would use it anyway and connect it to my computer/ lap top as it was all too late to return. Well!! There was no USB connection in the box and the booklet advised that in Australia and New Zealand this is not "available" - did this mean the facility was not available to use at all - I did not have a telephone connection and didn't want the fax facility? After rummaging around I found an unused USB. Followed all the prompts and connected the computer to the printer etc. - I am computer savvy - it would not load the connection. Thoroughly fed up, I am returning it to Officeworks to also complain about the offhand manner I was treated as a customer. I will, at considerable expense upgrade to wireless.

Customer service at Officeworks did not advise that there is no USB connection in the box or that I required one and especially did not advise that this is not a wireless printer . . .
