Should have used Appliances Online from the start! Easy to order, told me when I would receive it. Delivered on time.

Long shipping delay not stated up front – I ordered a $5-600 espresso maker from alwaysonsale. My complaint about alwaysonsale is that they do not let you know that they do not ship your product for 7 business days…

until after you order.

I thought ok, it is a cover your butt statement and it will ship sooner, but no, on the 7th business day it was stil 'on order' so I canceled as I did not feel it would ever ship, especially after reading reviews here.

That afternoon, Friday, I ordered the same unit from appliancesonline.com.au and it was at my door at 9:15 Monday morning. That is the turnaround time I expect, sure, the unit cost more, but at least I have it.

I think alwaysonsale could save themselves some greif if they provided their shipping policy up front on the main page.
