More than excellent on Oz side but third party in Ireland AMC complete failure – We had full 20 foot container shipped from Brisbane to Ireland, I have to say Craig and especially our packing crew, I forgot their names, 2 gentleman were more than excellent.…

You can imagine how stressful that packing could be and these guys were so professional ,accommodating and with great manners that we felt like family. My wife who was in the house during the packing was delighted with the service provided and her mind was put at ease by packing crew at the very start as they were able accurately assess that all our staff would get in and they were just dead right! Well done guys! Though huge disappointment when 4 months later we received our container in Ireland, that long wait apparently due to pandemic and shortage of vessels especially in Europe. Unreliable, cannot be trusted, money grabbing and giving you useless voucher – Since early 2020 Jetstar was cancelling our flights and instead of refunding kept us giving useless voucher as everytime we were trying to rebook our flight was either changed or cancelled. To me it seems like a scam!…
