no contact in Australia, so really hard to contact them also, eventually got through to someone ask repeatedly for someone from there tech department to call me back via phone, sure enough no call the next day, but short email saying keep away 3 mtrs or more well I was 6 mtrs away and still happening, also cameras lag all the time, it didnt with uniden, and tech support is 24 7 support, really thinking of going back to uniden as they might have there small issues but eufy has a lot more at least through my experiences with two new purchases...

so dogy kogan and dock smith – these guys have false reviews on kogan thats why you cant leave reviews if you read them you can see they are fake also numbers dont add up. i asked them to cancel order 5 min…

after i made ot they sent me email saying dont worry as soon as we get order we will cancel, you guessed it they sent it anyway... trying to still get money so dogy

Terrible customer service never gets back to customers ever – Contacted them multiple times via email regarding questions on a big order and they have never once gotten back to me, lets you also know if you need to return etc would also be dramas …
