contact with their customer service, they never finalise or resolve the issue. They say someone will contact me to finalise a refund for a lost parcel from December 2023. Still I am waiting. Having to re-contact them and explain the situation over and over every time. Extremely frustrating considering I also provided them confirmation from the delivery company stating they had lost the parcel. Absolutely horrible experience and would never reccomend. And to the Kogan auto reply that will ask me for my order number and appear to be helpful but not actually follow through with any assistance- here you go
