debited at 07.15. Paid $25 extra for express post expecting to get the item Thursday/Friday (timelines for parts I have previously bought online elsewhere). Had no further communication from them about product dispatch etc. so Friday Pm I realised if I wanted to get the machine fixed for the W/E I would have to source part elsewhere so emailed to cancel order (can't ring this company direct which I think tells to a lot ) No chance the part have been ordered they said, but didn't you have one in stock? went back to the site and a lot of the part have small print saying words to the effect of "someone has it in stock...." very deceptive for an online business. I think their motto is " first time customers.. last time customers"

Finally got the part after three weeks (reading other reviews I suppose I should be grateful) but by then I had sourced the part elsewhere.

Don't believe this companies family and friends on this site who are writing these guys are great :) I'm genuine and won't use BWHS ever again (their motto is safe) Very efficient at taking your money

Yes, it’s a Volvo but if you can see past the cardigan wearing reputation of this brand you will be well rewarded! Fun, roomy (for segment), clever, safe, practical, only needs annual servicing price (like all convertibles), not the most economical on fuel, my wife hogs it and I only get to drive it on weekends
