Unaccommodating – Our family had a trip booked to travel to Darwin in May 2020. Our trip was cancelled due to covid restrictions. We were told we were not entitled to a refund but only a credit

voucher with an extended expiry date, even though there were no future travel predictions. Fast forward 3 months and my sister was also travelling Jetstar but she was unable to fly due to covid. Jetstar offered her the option of a refund or travel voucher. We enquired as to why we were not offered a refund and the response was "different circumstances". Im unsure how Covid travel restrictions for both were different circumstances. We are now 12 months into our voucher and are only able to travel until June due to work commitments, after looking for flights for months we are only able to fly red eye flights or 14 day quarantine to the states we would like to visit. We are also trying to liaise with an accommodation voucher which leaves us with more restrictions on our options. What was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday is now going to be a forced holiday to a state we never intended on visiting, in uncertain travel times just so we can 'use up' our vouchers!!

Worst Courier EVER – I had a parcel sent to me 10 days ago. Tracking has not updated since the day it left. I have tried emailing with no response and then tried to contact via email again but was

unable to do so as i had already submitted an enquiry. I then tried calling the local depot which do not answer the phone. Absolutely appalled with this service, i can get international parcels faster than this. Would not recommend using this courier service to anyone!!!!!
