Qantas Domestic 30 years flying with Qantas.... no more – No longer flying Qantas if i can avoid. Have flown with Qantas for 30plus years almost exclusively... family and business have more than a million frequent flyer points. Qan⁶tas… phone support in the last few years has been rude and unhelpful. Flight availability is poor domestically compared to other airlines. International phone assistance has been rude to my wife and family. Qantas flight staff including pilots we know seem unhappy. Food now poor especially domestically. From a lifetime Qantas customer... no more. Qantas does not care about us. This is based on multiple flights. I never review but my experience with Qantas is now just extraordinarily disappointing |

Master Appliance Service Very Poor Service – Called to repair Miele dishwasher. Serviceman did nothing. Could not turn off machine at switchboard. Claimed could not access machine... but easily done so. Charged almost $200.… Phone call to Master Appliance office rejected us... did not want to discuss. Based on this experience will never use Master Appliance again... almost $200 for NO service and rejected by office when we tried to discuss failure. |

Samsung CLX-6260FW terrible product from Samsung – Have hardly been able to use this printer... poor print quality, slow, poor print quality, expensive cartridges from Samsung... unable to find support... except online general… offering. Cannot afford to buy Samsung again when it has been so unreliable. Have had to use less expensive inkjet printers and resigned to consigning this Samsung printer to the rubbish. Have purchased many Samsung products in the past but have been burnt with this purchase... closely followed by Note 7 problem. |
