that wont even call you back, but simply rely on you hanging up after waiting for over a hour with not even a prompt to say how long they will keep you waiting. And this is even before we start with their non existent ADSL connection which is slower than a tired snail.. I get hypnotised by the buffering symbol which i see more than the actual web page Im trying to open. It hurts me to say it, but stay way clear of this company - its on a steep down hill slide.
