The whole process has been delayed so much that the customer service representatives will be contacting the restaurant about the missing item (that the restaurant will have no clue or memory about by now) four days later. |

Jetstar Domestic Baggage drop rude attendant – Was just trying to drop off my bag when this Jetstar "assistant" kept butting into my personal affairs just to insult me. He sarcastically praised me for putting my sticker in the… wrong place. When I responded I was just following the instructions on the vender he pointed to a different machine as if I was stupid and said it says it there. It was so unnecessary- just let me fly in peace and if you are not going to help there's no need to be patronizing and sarcastic. It was just aggressive and came out of nowhere. My partner booked Jetstar- otherwise I wouldn't fly them- nor quantas as I know they're the sister company. Just pathetic customer service. This guy had an Canadian accent. 16:30 19/02/21. |
