Would not recommend – Spent $1,500 on a custom design. Got down to the final stages of changes and was told it would be up to a two week delay.. 3 weeks went by so we emailed for an update, our email…

was ignored, emailed again and was told by the end of the week.. end of the week comes and still no word, emailed again and asked for an update and was told that they will get back to be with a date the following day... 6 weeks later still had not heard anything! emailed for a refund or for our design to be signed over as they were, so we could move on with another building company who doesn't ignore us and also treats us more like people who are spending $385,000 with them and not $50,000 like CJ Homes. We have tried to be nice about this situation- no help was offered. They wont sign over the design or even offer a partial refund. Did not even get an apology for the ignored emails and the wait time. Waste of $1,500 and would never recommend.
