think it's because the veggies don't have that "sogginess" that comes from them being cooked in the factory, frozen, shipped and then reheated in a microwave.

The package was delivered to my door with an ice pack included (see pics). I was concerned about the polystyrene box being wasteful, but their website says they'll collect (and reuse?) old ones if they're left out on the next delivery.

Overall very impressed - we will definitely be ordering from them again.
