in correctly but somehow there was a glitch and it came up with the month prior. My mistake for not checking but Europcar would do nothing to help, not even give me a discounted rate for the correct booking time they just took my $600 and didn't care. You don't show, that's your bad luck. I guarantee they would have re rented the vehicle the next day and made twice the money. Never again, I would never ever use Europcar. I've now rented through a different car company who has offered a 20% discount rate to assist me even though they had nothing to do with the booking.
