rest more gently. But by 6 months in, even with very gentle use and only putting a small bit of hair in them, they were all broken. I messaged on messenger to the company with photos and they asked for my order number, it was another 6 weeks before I got around to finding it in an old email and sent it through. But they said I was now out of warranty (by 2 weeks) and the best they could do was send me a discount code for 15% off (which everyone gets anyway). For the cost, these hairpins break far too easily. Customer service could have taken into consideration that I sent through photos of the broken pins within the warranty period, but just send through the same copy and pasted email saying it’s outside warranty. Also, these pins do not hold hair for long, and you have to redo your hairstyle several times a day. I also found out that you can buy these on Temu for less than $1, they are called ushaped hairpins. Will just stick to those from now on.

Awful customer service – Placed an order for hardware needed for one of our customers and had to do a bank transfer up front. A week later no tax invoice, no tracking number, and customer is asking when…

we will have their order. SEVERAL calls to customer service later, it turns out they do not have the products we ordered in stock (but said they did when we placed the order). They had an upgraded version, it cost us extra. They sent it out, but gave us an incorrect invoice that doesn't match our bank transfer. Now trying to get ahold of someone to help me with the correct tax invoice so I can reconcile the payment I made to them, and no one answers the phone. Eventually I get transferred to "bumblebee's" voicemail. NEVER ordering from these guys again!

all use the wool mattress toppers, wool pillows and have the "magnificent" and "simple luxury" sheet sets. The mattress toppers and pillows fluff up really well being placed in the sun occasionally and the sheets have absolutely no signs of wear, no pilling and no thinning after all these years. I love good linen (probably have a bit of an obsession) and have used a lot of different brands and types in the past, I recently decided to try some really expensive bamboo sheets. They are nice but I regret the purchase as my blessed earth sheets breathe so much better and are just as soft and cool. I have found that the sheets are heavier and softer than the 1000 TC sheets I used to purchase from Adairs. They remind me of the linens my grandmother used to have on her beds. Also love the fact that they are supporting families in India and not using chemicals to grow their cotton.

I have tried some of the kids clothing, pajamas and underwear as well and find it to be very long lasting too, I would order a size up if getting the kids pajamas. Blessed earth will continue to be my go-to company for bedding as I cannot fault them. I have also found customer service to be very helpful.

Better than Sunbeam's comparative model – This coffee machine has been okay for us, it is much quieter than the Sunbeam cafe series one we replaced and heats faster. I don't think it will last more than 2 or 3 years…

though, mine is almost 12 mos. old and already leaks out of the hot water dispenser and steam wand. Pressure has decreased dramatically for the espresso pour as well, although the coffee is good enough for us non connoisseurs. We have the grinder to match it and that works great.
