The choice of meals is great. Hello Fresh cater for all dietary needs. The meals are easy to prepare especially with the step-by-step instructions included with each meal. I have

had different meals for the last 2 weeks now and each one has been easy to prepare and delicious. There are only a few ingredients that are not included but are usually normal pantry staples. It is nice not to be wasting food as everything that is provided with each meal is used.

  Macros

Great Variety. Love the convenience – Great range of meals available. Currently, I am choosing the low carb options and I have found that the variety of meals on offer, as well as the taste, are great. I live on my

own so always buying too much food with a lot going to waste. The Macro meals are already prepared and just need heating. The meals are perfect for me and I can cancel at anytime if I need to. So far, I am happy that I chose Macros for the meals. They are always available for questions and will get back to you quite fast.

  Optimum G2.6 Platinum

Can't fault the Machine – I have had my Optimum blender for many years and still going well. It is primarily used for smoothies and the Optimum blends the ingredients (hard or soft) with ease. Very happy with the purchase.

Stock not available – Ordered and paid for turbo oven in early July 2012. Even though the website didn't indicate the item was not in stock I was advised that the item was not available but would be

sent out on 1st Aug as that is when the next shipment was due in. No correspondence received on 1st Aug as to the status of the item so I chased them up and I was advised that the oven would not be available till November as there were none in the country. (they still advertise the item as if it is in stock). I advised them that I would like to cancel the order, as November is too far away, and get a refund. Even though they advised that a refund would be fine I have not received anything for 3 weeks and the emails have stopped being answered. I wish I had done my research beforehand and read the reviews. I am continuing to try and make contact with the company to try and sort this out. I hope to sort it out as I hate giving negative comments. Fingers crossed that I can and it can be resolved.
