Maytronics Dolphin X40 Plus Cleans well however… – Does the most important thing well and cleans the whole pool spotlessly including the waterline and has been doing so for 6 months. Has a number of issues however - twists it’s… cord in knots - turns itself on for no reason a few extra times a week - if filter even a bit dirty wall climbing ability becomes poor - wifi has poor reception compared to other IOT devices |

Verified Naked Wines bait advertisers – bought a case of wine (not even with a voucher with obscure terms and conditions. Also not a special "sign-up case") and still got signed up to their $40 subscription. With this… subscription so hidden that dozens of people here didn't know it was part of the deal this is a pretty obvious case of bait advertising. Even if the wines are good I would avoid this company that is either this careless or unethical. |

Jeep Cherokee KK 20 breakdowns, 4 tows and still faulty – In the 6 years we owned it, it spent over 6 months at the mechanics. Never did solve all the issues, and we are talking about major failures brakes, ABS, Cooling system, and more.… Mechanics replaced so many parts and after 3 years the brakes failing to release randomly did get resolved. Sudden full engine management failure causing limp-home-mode was never resolved. |

DealsDirect.com.au Fast but terrible customer service – They send you items very quickly but with little or no protective padding. Given they use Australia posts delivery service this is a big risk. In my experience when you have a… problem they will make you explain it 3 times, twice in writing. There seems to be at least 4 steps in getting an item replaced and at each step you will have to chase them or they will ignore you and keep your money. These guys are the Hardley Normals of the Australian online retailers. fast delivery poor packaging. woeful warrenty/customer service |

DHL Bad – DHL usually out sources most of its deliveries to Australia Post outside the state capitals. If DHL is cheap you may as well use them. If Australia post's Australian Air Express… is cheaper just use them yourself directly as they will probably be doing the delivery anyway. misleading that they provide service rather than outsource |
