Gucci Rush Love it! – I absolutely love this fragarance. It is fruity and subtle- a real treat to wear. It seems that those around me enjoy it too, because I receive many compliments when wearing it.… The only thing I dislile about this product is the packaging. It looks cheap and is fidly to use. Surely Gucci could have come up with something better than a red plastic box... A beautiful fragarance- suits me perfectly Cheap packaging- does not suit the fragarance. |

Dolce & Gabbana for Women Use with care- can be overpowering – This perfume is packaged beautifully and looks attractive on my dresser. The scent however, is very strong and quite overpowering, even when used sparingly. Personally, I prefer… a scent that is a little more subtle. This is definitely not the scent to use on a warm day- the heat seems to intensify the effect of the perfume making it heady and cloying. Beautiful packaging Heavy and overpowering |

Di Lorenzo Inflexible and Disappointing – We went to Di Lorenzo to choose the tiles for our home that is currently being built. We picked out a gorgeous mosaic feature tile for all bathroom niches. Unfortunately, the… consultant (who was working from the house plans) did not include all niches and left one out. We recently realised this and went in to let them know that it would have to be changed. Unfortunately, the consultant no longer works there and the manager said that we would need to pay an extra $250 in admin. I respectfully requested that this charge be waived or absorbed by Di Lorenzo since the consultant had made an error, but they were firm that this charge needed to be paid by us. While we understand that there needs to be an admin fee to deter people from making constant changes, in this case we did not change our mind- the consultant had made an error. I feel that a more fair option would have been to either absorb the admin fee, or reduce it significantly- the consultant is meant to be the 'specialist' who guides the consumer through the process. We are not, and do not claim to be experts and relied upon the expertise of the consultant to have our tiling requirements met. A wide range of tiles, well set out, easy to find what you want Inflexible |

Wisdom Homes A great experience! – After spending around 8 months looking at various designs and builders we decided on the Impression 38. We were impressed with the quality inclusions provided by Wisdom as well as… their spacious and modern designs. Our experience has been mostly hassle free so far- the main issue we had was that the bank disagreed with Wisdom's progress payment schedule. Our Tender Presenter continually told us there was absolutely nothing that could be done, so I contacted the GM. Within a day he had sorted out the issue (which had been going for about 6 weeks) and were able to sign the contract and get started. Since then everything has been moving along very fast. The lady we are dealing with is wonderful and provides us with regular updates- she is very thorough and we have received the necessary approvals in record time (Developer- 1 week, Council- 2 weeks) At this stage, I would highly recommend Wisdom. One hurdle throughout the whole admin process isn't bad going at all. All of our appointments (colours, kitchen, electrical, air conditioning and tiling) were conducted by professionals who really knew their stuff. Each appointment was a pleasure and because the inclusions in the Prestige package are so extensive, we had very little extra to spend. I realise that all builds have their ups and downs so I do not expect everything to go perfectly- but so far so good! Will update this review when we have moved further along in the process. Sales staff, our customer service consultant, beautiful designs, fantastic inclusions, GM helped us with bank issues Would have liked it if the tender presenter was more active in getting help from someone in charge re the bank issues. A lot of time was wasted. |
