will not be signing for this package and I have advised the delivery service of this. Do not order from this company. I have escalated to ACCC and fair trading to get my money back. They (Jen) has not been helpful at all , insisting they are meeting terms and conditions but clearly have not per website displayed returns tab. Noting sent after the fact of cancellation request due to delivery over one month and still not delivered. FYI the package has still yet to be seen.

Amazing cost and service – We got a quote from regency, because locally it was $1500 more for a similar product. They say shop local but this was not reasonable for us. I hope Regency continues to provide our area with there services because I will certainly recommend them !!…
