week I make juice, mainly veges, from beetroot, carrots, celery, sprouts, ginger, lemons, freshly picked dandelion leaves and parsley; sometimes an apple or two. As I buy 99% organic, and the veges are easy to prepare, this doesn't take up alot of my time. Because of the 'Big-Mouth' on this juicer, the hard items like carrots and beetroot take very little cutting up. The celery and other vegetable I cut smaller than the root veges and I get a lot of fresh juice out of them! I am very happy with the quality of the juice and I can tell that most of the juice in the items has been extracted by the solidity of the residual pulp. Also, I have found that the "Optimum" people are easy to communicate with as they have been very helpful with any questions and offer support. In my opinion, they're an optimum company like their juicer!
