  Technivorm Moccamaster Classic KB741AO

One key reason it's better than Breville Precision Brewer – I got this to replace a Breville Precision Brewer largely because the Breville is impossible to clean inside the cavities of the lid of the carafe and it gets disgusting and

mouldy in there.(How is this ok?) The Moccamaster is a much simpler machine, no timer, no settings, just two switches: on or off, and a high and low keep warm switch. There are no hidden cavities, it's easy to clean. For that reason alone I'd choose it every time. But it also has a classic design and looks a lot better to my eyes than the Breville. It makes just as good coffee. I was a little surprised how light weight the plastic parts were, but I've never worried about breaking them. My one small complaint is that I wish the keep warm 'low' setting was even lower, as the coffee seems to overheat and affect the taste if left for too long. Also shout out to friendly guys at moccamasteranz.com who replaced a rubber foot for free when it was my fault that I lost one.

  Bendigo Bank

Ripped my business off – I had a high interest account for my business and they changed the rate from 2.4% to 0.05%. Which I discovered almost 2 years later. That seems so cynical. When I brought this

up they said they informed us about it as per their Terms & Conditions, specifically by advertising the rate change in a major Australian newspaper. Seriously?

  QEnergy

Price more than doubled! This is unashamed scam – Ok by the other comments this is just policy with QEnergy. One year it was 17.8c/kWh then at the end of contract it went up to over 40c/kWh. I'm not sure if that can be legal.

Yes, they send an email with the new rates in an attachment. You'll miss that if it goes in your spam folder though or you don't read the fine print. But you'll notice it when your bill for the month is more than double what you expected though.
