Tuiss Blinds Online These blinds are good and exactly as stated – We have now purchased two of these blinds following on from a daughter's purchase of blinds for her whole house. They provide great insulation and look very smart. We purchased… one cordless blind- this works fine. Then we purchased a corded blind which also worked well. |

Australia Post eParcel Yet again, dumped at PO with no attempt to deliver – My wife had a package due for delivery today by Australia Post. She even got an SMS this morning and replied "Yes, someone will be home". Indeed, there were four people here all… day with two close to the door. Then we got a message from Kathmandu saying Australia Post was unable to deliver because no-one home! No note in the letter box or at the front door. We have CCTV and I checked. No-one came to house or letterbox. Yet again dumped at the PO because they could not be bothered to even come to our address. Sick and tired of this behaviour. Nothing changes. Oh, let us reach out to you (say Australia Post). But nothing changes, no compensation. Couldn't care attitude. This is a great going out of business strategy. We get many couriers and this happens with no-one else. Aus Post is the very worst. Why do you not learn from your mistakes and improve your processes? This has been going on, on and off, for several years now. Here is the tracking number: 4P60303663 A very disgruntled customer. You deserve zero out of 5 but 1 is the minimum available. Dave PS- the actual postman who delivers our mail and sometimes packages is excellent. It is the courier part of the business which is so bad. I was in the PO a couple of weeks ago and their were 15 people in the queue. 10 of them were picking up parcels dumped at the PO. Sure some of them had not been home, but majority were like this case. How is that efficient? Just dump the work on the PO staff and waste everyone's time. |

Australia Post Domestic Express Post Lost parcel found – I ordered a plumbing item and paid to have it sent by Express Post. Unfortunately the sender misaddressed it to 100 instead of 110. The resident at the other address rang me… earlier today to say it was there and I was able to pick it up. So I had initially thought Aus Post had somehow delivered it to the wrong place. However this was not their fault. IAs I could not find a way to delete the negative review, I changed it to positive and resubmitted because Auspost did nothing wrong and indeed delivered quickly. WATTever Excellent and really comprehensive, easy to use site – I have used this resource over a period of one year. I believe it is the best such site available in Australia. They provide comprehensive information which is easy to sort and… explore. I have changed providers and will save some hundreds of dollars a year. I can attest that (unlike a number of other sites) there are no intrusive phone calls or other high-pressure follow-on activities. On top of that there do not seem to be any hidden biases or commissions encouraging me to lean one way or another. Thoroughly recommended. Best Regards, Dave |
