eDreams Request for air fair refund – I found the customer service chat easy to get through and I am extremely grateful for Naveen's help to produce a refund of our Easyjet air fares. We have been waiting since early… May when our flights were cancelled to obtain a refund and expected Easyjet to refund us. But a call to Easyjet today indicated that we should have used EDreams to request our refund in the first place. |
