Adele changed my views of the service I had received from iinet! – No internet or mobile service for 6 days, I need to be compensated for down time. There was a bright star when Adele stepped in and fixed the internet, she was very professional

and gave us hope. She was very helpful, confident, and very patient whilst going through the recovery process. Adele needs to be awarded a Gold Medal for the work she had done. If it wasn't for her magical work, I would have gone elsewhere to get the excellent service that she gave me.

Bought a Chainsaw Sharpener in May 2020and have not received it 2months later – I bought a Chainsaw Sharpener on 18th May 2020 and 2 months later it is still not here. I had the delivery period changed a few times the latest saying I will get it by 10th July

2020. I have tried contacting Wish on several occasions sending them messages. I will never buy anything from them anymore, I have learnt not to trust them

Worst Customer Service, 3 months later no refund for cancelled trip due to Covid19 – eDreams customer service is the worst, cant speak to them. Our trip to Europe was cancelled due to Covid. We requested a refund which was processed 12th May, nothing done. We sent

nearly 10 emails no response. I will tell my family and fiends not to use eDreams, they are horrible to deal with.
