clearly without making me feel pressured. I appreciated being able to ask questions and get straightforward answers before making a decision.

The set-up process was pretty simple, and everything happened within the timeframe I was given. The installation team was professional, polite and respectful of the property. The panels were installed quickly and the whole process was much easier than I expected.

Since having the solar system installed, it has been working reliably and I haven’t had any issues. It’s been great seeing the system working and helping reduce our electricity costs.

I’ve also been pleased with the customer service after installation. A special shout out to Grace who spent time going through the app and explaining how it works. Whenever I’ve had a question, the team has been helpful and responsive, which has given me confidence that I can get support if I need it.

Overall, it’s been a really positive experience with Smart Energy. Everyone I’ve dealt with, from the sales representative to the installation team and after-sales support, has been friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking at getting solar.
