Scratching my head over the other reviews?!? – I love my blender, it does a [censored word removed] good job, so i don't understand why there is so much hate being heaped upon it!!!!! A large number of the other reviewers…

seem to be trying to use this blender in the capacity of a food processor - this is a simple blender, people - it is used for making smoothies and cocktails and blending soups in the winter... If you need a food processor, buy a food processor!

I make wicked smoothies that are basically just ice, banana or mango and ice cream - very, very thick! This little beauty tears through the ingredients, no problem, and makes the best smoothies i've ever had, in seconds flat!

This machine really has grunt!

Love the heavy glass jug! It is square in shape, so if i want to put it in the fridge, it only takes up the space of a tea cup saucer!

I've only used this to make smoothies and mean cocktails and it really does have the power to munch easily through those icecubes in seconds. I would not hesitate to use it for something as soft and easy to blend as a soup!

As for people complaining about the noise - they've obviously never had a blender with this much grunt or a blender at all! If you want power, there is a little noise involved in the process, but i have not found this blender any noisier than any other! My favourite appliance :-) – This item is worth its weight in gold! We have stopped using our old electric oven that takes half an hour to heat and replacing it with this! We are going to get a gas hotplate…

and sit it on a cupboard that contains this machine!

I believe the $$ you save each year with this machine would more than cover the cost if you had to buy a new one each year!

I have only made roasts in this so far, and they have been phenomenal! Perfect crackling every time, which I could not achieve in my old oven! Can't wait to slow cook a roast in this now as well.

This is the largest one of these ovens I could find on the market, and there is ample room. You could even cook a turkey if you used the extension ring! I'm sure the size would be adequate for most Aussie families, but is perfect for my two adult family and will still be enough if we have a child or to ;-)

NO preheat time needed! I would like to try making a casserole in this now, I think it will do an awesome job!

Its the height of summer right now, and this little beauty does not turn my oven into a furnace like our old bad oven!

Do not hesitate to buy Inexpensive, Energy Efficient, Fast, Quiet, Perfectly cooked food, biggest on the market. Pork crackling superstar Not for large families except if you need more oven space! Don't bother trying to cook eggs in it like the manual says. They take longer than the manual states and do not turn out very nicely.
