stainless stell fits in perfectly with all my other appliances. Yes the clock light is bright and it flashes when programmed but it doesn't bother us at it is in our kitchen. Two things I don't like about the machine is, the water indicator is at the back on the right hand side and its hard to see and reach unless you move the machine every time. The main reason for only four stars rather than five is, the slight coffee ground residue in my coffee. The last mouthful has like a fine sandy like residue in it. Not sure if it is the brand coffee we use (Vittoria coffee ground) We are now using filter paper (even though not recommended) and there is no more residue so I'm assume the removable filter is not fine enough. All in all a brilliant little machine that makes good coffee

for one child only it didnt matter to me. Install is very easy. It has one recline option which is great for kids who still sleep in the car to avoid head flop. We have done several long trips in it and my son was comfortable and slept well. The cup holder is an added bonus. It hasnt got the bells and whistles as other more expensive G-type restraints but it is a great budget seat.

my suprise there were two car seats installed for my sons - big thumbs up. We picked our car up and got upgraded as our original car had some mechanical issues. The whole pick up took about 10 minutes. The car seats for my oldest was already installed (a bit old but i know other more expensive companies do the same). The only thing that can be improved is to make sure the seat is properlt installed. The tether was loose and his straps were twisted. Nothing i couldnt fix in two minutes but still. We had also hired a portacot which was already in the boot and it was a good and clean consition. The car during our holiday was good and reliable, cheap on fuel and we were even allowed to go outside of our driving area at no additional cost after informing them. Drop off was again easy, quick check over the car and we were ready to get dropped of to the airport. The driver was friendly, helping us with our luggage. The security deposit was back in my account in three business days which i know can take longer with other companies. I cant say anything bad about my experience and i would definitely hire a car from this company again.
